By using or accessing the Wedding Whys website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use.

Ownership, Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection
You acknowledge and agree that all information, ideas, design, products and services contained within the Wedding Whys website are the copyrighted, registered property of Wedding Whys /Red Rockin' Chair (Parent Company) and are protected by ownership, copyright, patent and international intellectual property laws.  Unauthorized use or reproduction of any idea, content, design or product violates these laws and agreements.

Return Policy
Because of the personalized nature of our wedding cards, it is not possible to return items once the design of the card has been accepted by you.  No order can be cancelled or refunded once it has gone to print.  However, should there be any error involved with the printing of cards or should cards not match pre-accepted, confirmed design, a full refund will be issued.  Wedding Whys must be notified immediately on any item being returned, and be pre-authorized by us.

Damaged Items
If an item is damaged in shipping it must not be accepted and must be returned unopened.  You must refuse shipment at time of delivery and tell carrier that you are refusing shipment because item is damaged.   Please advise if you accept package without inspection, you become liable for any damage.
